Frank J. Haggerman was a printer. He was born around 1881 and was married to Pearl S. Case (b. 1882, OH d. 11 Nov 1965). They had one son, Freedom "Fred" C. Hagerman (b. 1915, OH). Pearl’s father was Nathaniel G. Case (b. 1838, OH).

. . . Mrs. Imogene Hagerman, retiring worthy matron of senate chapter O.E.S. entertained her officers to a dinner preceeding installation, Wednesday evening. Mrs. Cora Lydick, of Dunkirk, deputy grand matron of district 26 was a guest. Mrs. Hagerman was presented a corsage, end table and lamp by her officers. Attorney J.E. Simpson, installation officer, and Mrs. Blanche Fishburn, installing marshall, installed the following officers for the ensuing year, Mae Wentz, worthy matron; A.F.
