To Daniel Asire.

  Whereas, The Pittsburgh, Fort Worth, and Chicago Railway Company and Diaiel Asire are the owners of an undivided interest, each in the premises thereinafter described; and Whereas: It is to the mutual advantage of said parties that their interests be separated, and that each shall be the sole and absolute control of the same; Now Therefore Know all Men by their Presents: That the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway Company in consideration of the sume of one Dollar ($100) to it paid by Daniel Asire of Forest, Ohio, and in further consideration of the convergance by him of his interest in other premises hereinafter described, does hereby Remise, Release, and Forever Quit Claim to the said Daniel Asire, his heirs and assigns forever, all of its undivided interest in and to the following described premises, situated in Block Nine (9) in the Village of Forest, being also a part of the North West Quarter of Section Five (5) Township Three (3) Range Twelve (12) East, in Hardin County, State of Ohio, towit:

  Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot Six (6): Thence Northward along the Westerly line of said Lot Six (6), fifty (50) feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot: Thence Eastward along the Northerly line of the aforesaid Lot, forty (40) feet: Thence Northward, parallel with the said Westerly line of the aforesaid Lot Six (6) thirty and eighty-five hundredths (30.85) feet: Thence Southwest parallel with and distant six (6) feet at right angles Southeastwardly from the center of a side track as now constructed to the Joint Freight House of the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati and St. Louis Railway and the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway, one hundred and thirty eight and forty four hundredths (138.44) feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of Lima Street: Thence Eastward along the said Northerly line of Lima Street, seventy two and twenty-two hundredths (72.22) feet, more or less, to the place of beginning: Containing an area of twenty-five hundred and thirty-six (2536) square feet, be the same more or less, and all the Estate Title and Interest of the said Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company, either in Law or in Equity, of in and to the said above belonging, and all the rents, issues, and profits thereof: To Have and To Hold the same to the only proper use of the said Daniel Asire, his heirs and asigns forever. And in consideration of the foregoing conveyance, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($100) to hime in hand paid by the said The Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Daniel Asire (widower) of Forest, Ohio does hereby ResineXX, Release and Forever Quit Claim to the said Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway Company, its sucessors and asigns forever, all of his right, title, and interest, in and to the following described premises, situate in the Village of Forest to the end that they may have full and absolute control of the same: Now Therefore; Know all men by the Presents: That the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($100) to it paid by Daniel Asire of Forest, Ohio, and in further consideration in the conveyance by him of his interest in other premises hereinafter described, does hereby Remise, Release, and Forever Quit Claim to the said Daniel Asire his heirs and asigns forever, all of its undivided interest in and to the following described premises situated in Block Nine (9) in the Village of Forest, being also a part of the North-West Quarter of Section Five (5) Township Three (3) Range Twelve (12) East, in Hardin County, State of Ohio towit;

And in consideration of the foregoing conveyance, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($100) to hime in hand paid by the said The Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Daniel Asire (widower) of Forest, Ohio does hereby ResineXX, Release and Forever Quit Claim to the said Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway Company, its sucessors and asigns forever, all of his right, title, and interest, in and to the following described premises, situate in the Village of Forest to the end that they may have full and absolute control of the same: Now Therefore; Know all men by the Presents: That the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company in consideration of the sum of one Dollar ($100) to it paid by Daniel Asire of Forest, Ohio, and in further consideration in the conveyance by him of his interest in other premises hereinafter described, does hereby Remise, Release, and Forever Quit Claim to the said Daniel Asire his heirs and asigns forever, all of its undivided interest in and to the following described premises situated in Block Nine (9) in the Village of Forest, being also a part of the North-West Quarter of Section Five (5) Township Three (3) Range Twelve (12) East, in Hardin County, State of Ohio towit; Being that part of Block Number Nine (9) in the original allotment of the Village of Forest, described as follows, towit: Beginning at the point in the Northerly line of Lima Street, seventy-two and twenty-two hundredths (72.22) feet Westward from the Southwesterly corner of Lot Six (6): Thenace Northward along the center of a siding as now located and constructed to the Joint Freight House of the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and St. Louis Railway Company, and the Pittsburgh, Fort Waynbe, and Chicago Railway Company, one hundred and thirty-eight and four tenths (138.4) feet; more or less, to a point htirty and eighty five hundredths (30.85) feet Northward from the Northerly line of said Lot Number six (6) measur parallel with the aforesaid Westerly line of Lot six (6) and from a point forty (40) feet Eastward from the Northwesterly corner of the aforesaid Lot: Thence Northward, parallel with the aforesaid Westerly line of Lot six (6) twenty-seven (27) feet, or or less, to a point one hundred (100) feet distant at right angles southwardly from the original center line of the main track of the Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway: Thence Westward parallel with said original centerline, one hundred and fifty-five (155) feet, more or less, to a point (50) feet distant, at right angles, Southeastwardly from the center of the main track of the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and St. Louis Railway as now located and constructed: Thence Southward parallel with said center line of the main track of the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and St. Louis Railway ninety-three (93) feet, ore or less, to the said Northerly line of Lima Street: Thence Eastwardly seventy-eight and eight tenths (78.8) feet more or less, to the place of beginning containing an area of thirteen thousand eight hundred and fifty (1380.0) square feet, be the same more or less, And all of the Estate, Title, and interest of the said Daniel Asire, either in Law or in Equity, of, in and to the said last above described premises: Together with all the privileges and appurtances to the same belonging and all the rents, issues and profits thereof: To Have and To Hold the same to the only proferance of the said Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne, and Chicago Railway Company, its successors and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof, The said Pittsburgh, Fort Wayne and Chicago Railway Company has caused it name and Corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its President and attested by its Secretary, and said Daniel Asire has hereto set his hand this 2nd day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred ninety eight.
