ho are these "Other" individuals?

Some people in these photographs are known. The group consists of, individual photos, school photos, and photographs printed to postcard stock. A few seem to be portrait proofs. E.N. Howe, O.B. Durfee, and Ray Basinger, were all local Forest photographers who may have taken many of the images. Some photographs may contain individuals from communities outside the Forest-Area.
