ary E. (Schope) Burdett
FOREST WOMAN PASSES AWAY.
She was born in May of 1845 and was 64 at the time of her death on June 2, 1907. She was the daughter of Elisa Schope of Patterson, OH. She and her husband, Simon Burdett, came to Forest from Patterson in 1904. Her son was William Burdett, a bookkeeper working for the Herzog plant south of Forest. She had three daughters, Lula, Elisa, and Maggie.
