Catherine Mick, c1905
William Mick, who was born in Sep 1819, is depicted in the photograph to the right. He was Adam Newton Mick’s father. He is shown here sitting in a wheel barrow in front of what may be the Mick & Cline building which was located on Lima street between Patterson & Mad River streets. It is believed that the photogrpah was taken c1905. The viewer might notice the reflection of soldiers carrying flags in what looks to be a parade. Could this possibly be c1896?
The photograph of Catherine Mick shown here was taken by someone working for the Forest Review, the local newspaper of Forest and its surrounding area.
Catherine Mick is depicted in the photograph to the right, taken when she was of very advanced age. It is believed to be about 1905. It may have been taken on the front porch of their home.
Below is an unknown child which was found in the collection. It is of a male child and he is dressed in a winter coat & hat. He is standing beside a chair which was probably cut down for children to use during a photographic session. He is in a portrait studio, maybe O.B. Durfee’s studio in Forest, but O.B. marked his photogrpahs and this one has no markings. There is no date on the photograph.

Darrel and Harry
Adam Newton Mick (b. Feb 1853) holding Harry C. Mick (b. Dec 1899) in the back yard of the Mick home. It looks like a walkway went from the house to __ street at the rear of the Mick home. It is possibly 1901.
Darrel Mick, born in April of 1887 and Harry C. Mick, born in December of 1899, are shown here on the stoop of their father, A.N. Mick in Forest. There is no date but it was probably around 1903.

Catherine Mick, above, was the mother of Adam Newton "Newt" Mick. She is shown here on the porch of what might be her home, but with obvious advanced age, this might be the rear of the A.N. Mick home.

Harry C. Mick (left) (b. Dec 1899) and Darrell Mick (center) (b. Apr 1887) and Harry Mick (bowler hat) & Darrel Mick (top hat) together were photographed sometime around 1905. There is no actual date on the photograph but an assumption is made to this date from the probable ages of the children in the photographs and their birthdates.
Harry, about 1905, was dressed in a sailor suit which was very popular at the time.

Rosa & Newt, c1905
Rosa Bella Craglow married Adam Newton Mick. They are depicted in the photograph at the left taken sometime about 1905. It was originally larger but someone had cropped it probably to fit into some space in their photo album.

Also, they must have given this photograph to one of their children because someone had written "Father and Mother Mick" on the front of it. For brevity only the oval portion of the photograph is depicted here.
William Mick (b. Sep 1819), Adam Mick’s father, is shown in this photograph sitting in a wheel barrow in front of what may be the Mick & Cline building in 1905. The Mick & Cline building was located on Lima street between Mad River street to the west and Patterson street to the east.
