Both are buried in Riverside Cemetery, Mifflin Township, Franklin County, Ohio. Their son, George W. Myers (1853-1914), was born somewhere in Indiana. George W. Myers married Mary Jane AGLER about 1874 in Columbus. A daughter, Sarah C. Myers, married Alexander Wilbur TEMPLE of Franklin County, Ohio. I can't find Jacob or Caroline in any census records anywhere. Pasted in the front of our Myers family bible is the following obituary dated 1915. Would like to know how this person is connected. "SPANGLER. --- Mary A. Myers was born in Wells County, Indiana, June 24, 1840. At the age of eleven years her parents moved to Fairfield county, Ohio, where she grew to womanhood. In 1860 she united with the Evangelical Lutheran church at Stoutsville, Ohio, and has ever since lived a Christian life. October 21, 1860, she was married to Daniel W. SPANGLER also of Fairfield County, O. On November 10, 1862, they settled on the farm in Freedom township, Henry county [Ohio] then a dense wilderness and which place has since been their home except a residence of two years in Napoleon when her husband was sheriff of Henry county...She departed this life March 29, 1915...Burial at Forest Hill cemetery." 1880 census of Henry County, Ohio, lists Mary A. Myers Spangler's parents as born in Prussia. The Myers family bible also contains a newspaper clipping dated 1930, congratulating the 60th wedding anniversary of William and Elizabeth Myers of Franklin County, Ohio. William McKinley Myers (1844-1930) and Elizabeth Dukes? Myers (1851-1932) are buried in Asbury Cemetery, Franklin County, Ohio. 1880 census lists William Myers as born in Indiana, and his parents born in Wurtemberg (Germany). Silent Home Cemetery, Reynoldsberg, Franklin County, Ohio, has 18 Myers burials. Oldest is Christian Myers, March 10, 1839-June 15, 1910 and Barbara Myers, February 14, 1848-October 22, 1930.
