1. John O'Neil, my ggrandfather married Mary Conners 1880 in Columbus and their children were Dennis, William, Kittie Mae, Nonie, Frank(Bucky) my grandfather, and John.

2. Catherine O'Neil married Thomas Murnan ca.1889. They had one child Mary who married a Boland..

3. Patrick O'Neil married Catherine Cregan, they had one daughter Kathleen who married a Sarton.

I suspect that Dennis O'Neil had a brother here in 1852 with him a John O'Neil who married a Mary Duggan. Dennis's death cert. of 1916 lists his father as John O'Neil, Ire. but mother is unknown. I need help to identify siblings and mother so I can proceed with research in Ireland. I have gathered a great deal of information of O'Neil's and Bresnahans and would be willing to exchange information. I know there are still descendants of this family in Columbus ,I only hope you have a computer and are looking too.

Thanks for you help.

1. Death Cert. and Obit. states that the birth date of Charles was 8/18/1906 and he was 52 and 53 years old. Application for Social Security Card which was filled out by Charles himself states that he was born 8/18/1899 which leads me to believe that it is the correct date since it was filled out by Charles himself.

2. It is believed that the dates were stated by Hannah Hudson wrongly because of Social Security benefits and disability benefits.

3. It is also stated on D.Cert. that Charles was born in Macks Meadows, VA. Application for Social Sec. Card filled out by himself states that he was born in Max Meadows, West Virginia. It is also known that at one time W. VA and VA were one place and then divided so this could be the reason for this discrepancy.

4. I have also been told that Charles had been married once before he married Hannah, but no one knows who he was married to or where he lived at that time, but that he must have been fairly young because he was only twenty two when he married Hannah.

This is all I have which I know isn't much, but if someone recognizes any of these names PLEASE let me know. I have a web site with all of my files on it, you can go there to see the information I have on birthplaces for these dates, and other family member info the URL is...

Looking for any information about Clarence Emerson DRAKE. He was born October 30, 1919 in Muskingum County and died June 16, 1984 in Des Moines, IA. According to his obituary he spent most of his life in Des Moines. At the time of his death he was married to Frances Negrete Drake and had 10 step children. His parents were Edward Drake and Minnie Myrtle Feuhart. I think he may have went by Emerson. I know he was probably the 5th of six children. I have been told that most of his relatives were in the Columbus area--or at least they were in the mid 1940s. I've tried many avenues to find info about his relatives and thought maybe there might be some still living in Franklin County today. Any information I can receive would be greatly appreciated.

Some say she is the daughter of Garret and Phoebe Whelton VAN FLEET, but in light of his date of birth, 1760, I feel she most probably was his grand daughter. Does anyone have any information on the VAN FLEET family to substantiate this?

Since she is my great-great grandmotherI would reall appreciate any information on this.

Notice that 3 Lewis/Wiley marriages took place within 3 days. I am trying to establish that Z. Wiley was the father of Martha, Chas., and Issac Wiley. Also looking for the family's origin. It appears that Z. Wiley was a Doctor and Issac Wiley was a graduate of the Worthington School of Medicine, before the school was run out of town for body snatching. I know that Mary Louise married a man named Powelson and had 3 children but I don't know if they were female's or males. I know of this information from a book she signed at the funeral for my Aunt Emma Hudson Clark in 1954.
