before adds Dated Jan 7, 1896. I asked Paul Arthur Cundiff her relation and
received this reply "10/16/89: Gladys,"Dutton - GLR" daughter of W.G. Cundiff's
sister, gathered the Cundiff record to become a DAR; Mrs. V. D. Roberts used
record also. JohnM(ilton) Cundiff, about whom you ask, was W. G. Cundiff's
brother, my uncle; Lizzie Cundiff was W. G.'s sister who married a Haworth and

3. See Elizabeth Love's History notes. Lizzie Cundiff Haworth moved to
McKinney, Collin Co., Texas with several LOVE's including Elizabeth Love
Cundiff, William H. Love, and Bowen Love. Both had a close relationship with
their Sue Cundiff.

4. "Dear Sister: we are still having dry cool weather, but week before last it
was real Cold with snow. I heard over Radio Ky, was really having it. I hope
you + Billie stood it fine + also the others. I got along OK.
I ahve been to Sunday - School + Preaching this morning + hope to go
tonight. Altho our Preacher is not a very good one. He is like the song also
five by five. "C" ha.
I am crocheting me a bedspread. It sure will be pretty.
I am sending you + Billie a proof, but my mouth is crooked. You can
put your hand over it. I had four proofs, but the one made from did not get
back. I had one picture for each family (or four) made. They were all so glad
to get them. I wish I cound sent you all one, but so expensive.
This war is terrible + gets worse every day. It may go on till end of
time. Has Sarah any Grandsons that will have to go, or are gone? If Truman
keeps on daring, He ought to be thrown out c.
