Family Questionnaire
Part 2

This is submitted with the express permission of Ralph Roberts, author and publisher, of Genealogy Via the Internet. You can find out more about his book as well as how to order it at his web site: Genealogy Via the Internet.

This is the second of two parts. These questions will help getting family information for your genealogy. Please do not hesitate to print this up and take it with you on that next visit to Grandma or Auntie Flora Mae.

The following questions are broken down into several categories for ease of maintaining a stream of continuity.

Hint: If you save this page as a file, you can then open it in your word processor and edit it to fit your needs. Also, if you do this, open up the number of lines between questions to allow for the writing of answers on the same sheet!
