Richard was born in 1817 in England and died July 19, 1851 in Cincinnati. He married Margaret Jane Smith, who was born February 14, 1815 and died March 6, 1891 in Forestville, Hamilton County. Richard was a butcher. His daughter Caroline Taylor Cox and Caroline's son Winnie are also buried with Richard in Section H, Lot 13.
