Am looking for information on Catherine ERRET/ARRIT, widow of Christopher who died in Hampshire Co., VA, (now WV) in 1812. P-152 of the Admin. of Estates in Harrison Co., OH, gives admin. of estate of Katharine Errett to Daniel OTT. I believe this Daniel Ott is the same person appearing on the estate of Christopher. Any information on ARRITT/ARIT/ERRET etc. would be appreciated.

We are researching a Robert Reed CALDWELL b. 21 Oct 1808 who m. 20 Oct 1841 a Salomini Coleman. Robert's parents were John Caldwell b. 11 Jun 1780 Scotland and Elizabeth BIRNEY. John and Elizabeth Caldwell died in Harrison Co., OH Robert Reed Caldwell died in 1883 Wood Co., OH at age 75.

I am seeking info/connections to: Jesse Foster m Rachel Coleman in 1795. Some of their 10 children were born in Cadiz and other were born in Tuscarawas Co. near Dennison /Urichsville. Kail brothers George ands Henry were listed in One -Leg Twp of Tuscarawas in the 1820 census. But I have information that they lived in German twp in Harrison Co. and were part of 11 siblings. George married Maryann Arnold in in 1808. George's parents were John Kail and Catherine Roose/Roouch of German twp. Harrison Co. John died in 1821. Since Jesse/Rachel and George/ Maryann are my gggg grandparents I'd like to connect with some cousins

Dr. Samuel JONES was born 26 Apr 1825 in New Athens, Harrison Co., Ohio. He was the son of James JONES and Susanna DICKERSON who died 1867 and 1876 in Utica, Licking Co., Ohio. Samuel JONES married Mary S. JOHNSTON 14-Feb.-1850 at West Bedford, Holmes Co.Ohio. She was the daughter of Robert JOHNSTON and Mary Ann BUCHANAN who died in 1844 and 1878 in Paint Valley, Holmes Co., Ohio. Samuel and Mary (JOHNSTON) JONES both died at Clinton, Henry Co., Missouri. Interested in MCCALLs in Belmont and Harrison County, they are so numerous it is impossible to list, but they begin with Thomas MCCALL (b.12/24/1796 in PA) and his second wife Mary ADAMS (b. 12/5/1815 in OH). Their son George Adams MCCALL (b. 1/6/1853 in Franklin or New Athens, Harrison County, OH), William Marshall MCCALL (b. 7/20/1849, same), Samuel Alexander MCCALL (B. 1/6/1853 - same), as well as Sarah Elizabeth, Andrew Roger(s), and Charles Sumner. Thomas MCCALL's first wife was Elizabeth HUTCHISON (d. 8/20/1846), who bore John Trimble MCCALL, James Hutchison MCCALL, and Thomas Patterson MCCALL. Several of Thomas' siblings and uncles also lived in Ohio, such as John MCCALL (b. 1804) who married Elizabeth ATKINSON (b. abt 1801-d. 1840), Marshall MCCALL (b. 1805-d.1873) whose first wife was Mary MORRISON (b. 1806 - d. 1849 Harrison County, OH). There is a Marshall MCCALL who served as a State Representative to the House of Congress for Ohio in 1860-1862. I cannot locate them in any county in 1860. They can be found in 1870 in Knox Twp, Vinton Co, Ohio. In Harrison Co. Ohio the 1850 Census is the family of Haden and Patience MCKNIGHT.
