Welcome to Hetuck Chapter's
Serving God, Home, and Country
Licking County Courthouse
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) was established in 1890. It is a non-profit and non-political organization. There are nearly 180,000 members in approximately 3,000 chapters in the United States and throughout other parts of the world. Ohio has 109 chapters with approximately 6,000 members. Hetuck Chapter now has 97 members.
NSDAR focuses mainly on historic preservation, promotion of education, and patriotism.
NSDAR headquarters is in Washington D.C. and covers a complete block near the White House. The complex is comprised of three buildings: Memorial Continental Hall, DAR Constitution Hall, and the Administration Building. These buildings house the DAR Library, DAR Museum, and the Americana Collection.
Requirements to become a member are listed on the NSDAR and OHIO DAR Websites which can be activated on the left side of the page under "Page Links."
The DAR Insignia is the property of, and is copyrighted by, the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Web hyperlinks to non-DAR sites are not the responsibility of the NSDAR, the state organizations, or individual DAR chapters.
