Old Logan Cemetery

Logan, Hocking County, Ohio
Located on the East side of Market Street

The Cemetery was created in 1839 or 1840 after Logan residents learned that the Canal was coming through
so they had to move the cemetery to higher ground. The cemetery was closed to new burials in 1952.
After that they were buried in the newer Oak Grove Cemetery.

The following Names were taken from Ohio Death Records and are spelled as they
appear on the documents. Check different names spellings.
