The Holmes County Chapter, OGS meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at the Holmes County Genealogical Society's Library in Nashville, Ohio at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted in the paper. No meetings in January, February or December.

The former Nashville Library is the home of the Holmes County Genealogical Library. Located at the intersection of SR 39 & 514, in Nashville, the library houses the complete collection of the Holmes County Genealogical Society. The facility is open to the public Wednesday from 1 to 4 p.m. from March 1st to November 30th or by appointment. Winter hours by appointment only. Materials available include the original records from the Holmes County Common Pleas Court from 1826-1900, a 1875 Caldwell Atlas and a 1907 Atlas. Inter-chapter newsletters from other OGS Chapters, and a variety of family and local histories are also available.
