Help preserve our history

The Vivian Snyder Genealogy Library contains one of the largest collections of historical and genealogical material in the area. A dedication ceremony was held on August 9, 1998 as the late Mrs. Snyder's personal library initiated this exceptional collection along with the recent acquistion of Double Tree Researchers genealogical books and research by Reva Ashcraft and Leila Francy. Members of the Jefferson County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society staff the museum as volunteers to assist visitors in using the resources and to answer mail queries.
