Following the usual custom of the Grand Army and in compliance
with Sec. 1 Article 3, Chapter 1, Rules and Regulations:
"No Post shall be named after any living person,"
because the words and actions of the dead are
finished work and cannot bring dishonor to the Post, we,
in honor to the memory of our first fallen from
this vicinity, named our Post
HARRY HALE, of whom we will speak briefly.
