This is a picture of the tombstone of William Woods, He is buried in the Cemetery beside the Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio. He was born in Ireland in 1788 and died 2/25/1844 in Mt. Pleasant. He was a Soldier in the War of 1812. On the other side of the marker is his wife Elizabeth Harness Woods, she was born on 3/22/1792 in Moorefield VA (now WV) and Died 10/20/1888. This is a picture from the collection of Dena Woods White.
