The following map is rather large and old and not easily read. However, it is a fair guide to the townships and other features in the County. As a rough guide to help you locate your township of interest, consider the following table which presents the location of the townships in schematic form:

Note that College Township (not shown in schematic) occupies the North-East (upper-right hand) quarter of Pleasant Township. College Township is the home of the Village of Gambier and Kenyon College.
