Naturalizations
|
Lake County's naturalizations were done in several different courts. From 1860 to 1906 they were done in Probate. From 1906 to 1975 they were done in Common Pleas Court. After that they were done by Immigration and Naturalization in Cuyahoga County. Those INS records are now in the National Archive Branch in Chicago. The Lake County Genealogical Society has indexed the Probate and Common Pleas records.
