
The Research Room for Local
History and Genealogy is
located at the Monroe County District
Library at the corner of Home Avenue and State Route 78. The Research Room is maintained by the
Monroe County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society. It is staffed Tuesday through Friday from
10:00 to 2:30. However, the room is open when the library is open and is always
available to researchers. The library
is open Monday through Saturday. Please
check with the Monroe County District Library for their hours. (740-472-1954)
