Home History 101. Rebecca Torsell will discuss available resources and recommended procedures for detrmining likely dates of construction, changes and alterations, how to identify type or style, and how to discover the original owners or builders of historic homes.

Ms. Torsell is currently serving her second year in the Historic Preservation Corps (AmeriCorps Program), which is performing architectural surveys in Piqua. This year her new survey project will take her to the south end of Piqua with a focus on houses built by early German immigrants and later industrial buildings and associated worker housing.
