Noah Franklin ROBESON (m.Goldie May ANDERSON) and Mary Elizabeth ROBESON (m. Charles BREWER and Chester LOWE) Sarah had a son Thomas MICHAEL (buried IOOF Cemetery Convoy,OH) before she married Allen. Allen came from Darke Co. Did Sarah come from same area? Allen was m. before to Mary Jane BRANDON. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

My grandfather, Eli Alonzo MCCAIN, was born at Fort Recovery. He was the son of Peter Elliotte MCCAIN and the grandson of William MCCAIN. I am interested in learning more about the history of the MCCAIN family in western Ohio. I'd also like to identify the spy corps members [scouts] who served in General Anthony Wayne's expedition through western Ohio in the mid-1790s.

I am researching Reuben WAGNER, b 1855 in Ohio who married Clara Alice MILLER in 1877 in Fairfield Co, OH. She was born in 1858 in Fairfield Co. They moved to Mercer Co, OH between 1878 and 1880 and appear on the 1880 census in Hopewell Twp, Mercer Co. I know of only one living child, Alma B., b. 1879, and they may have had an Adam. Clara MILLER WAGNER was living in Celina in 1907. Would appreciate any info on descendants. Thanks!

I am looking for information on Amos HINES and Nancy Ann UNDERWOOD who were born in York Co. PA and married in Clariton Twp., Marion Co., OH on July 5, 1831. I don't know his parents. Her parents were Elihu UNDERWOOD and Susannah SHUEY. Their children were: Elihu, Magdalene, Benjamin, Sara, George, Catherine, Mary E., Albert and Amos J.. I believe Albert was born March 23, 1847 in Dublin twp, Mercer County, OH. I don't know about the rest.
