"LEVI HEADLEY who enlisted under the name LEVI HEADLEY at Hannibal, MO on the 1st day of November, A.D. 1861....and died of starvation at Andersonville, GA”....(other Depositions state he died from Dysentery).

"JESSE HEADLEY, Father of LEVI HEADLEY was married to the Mother of said son at Malaga Twp, Ohio on the 31st day of January, 1831 by THOMAS BURTON..."

".....soldier LEVI HEADLEY was captured at Mission Ridge, TN and made a Prisoner-of-War at Andersonville, GA where he subsequently died of starvation (NOTE:** Other Depositions state he died of Dysentery-but there are no corrections to the "starvation” entries)
