Mule
Stubborn Pet Mule insisted Handshake is the thing to Do.
George H. Bennett, of Stockdale, has a word of advise for his friends. If a pet mule wants to shake hands, don't refuse.
A year old pet mule owned by Harold Bennett, 12, recently offered to shake hands with Mr. Bennett while he was engaged in conversation with the oldes son, Forest. When Mr. Bennett ignored the mule, the animal reared on its hand legs and came down on Mr. Bennett, dislocating his knee. Bennett is worred about another of the mule's tricks. The animal places its head under a person's arm, expecting an embrace. If the embrace is not received, the animal bites to attract attention.
