WELCOME TO PICKAWAY COUNTY OHGenWeb

My name is Stephanie Ebel and I am the  Pickaway County Coordinator.  Many thanks to  Chyrl Lawrence-Bulger caretaker from  2008-2011.

This county was established in 1810 from Ross, Fairfield, Hocking, and Franklin Counties. The county seat of this county is the city of Circleville. Pickaway is a Native American word meaning "man risen from ashes."

We hope you find my efforts helpful in your research of your County roots. I am unable to do additional research on your family as I do not have direct access to records.
