DAVIS, MCNEAL, SARSEN posted by Bill FINCH on Sunday, July 2, 2000: I am looking for information on Robert Davis b1817 somewhere in NH. He moved to Ohio and married twice. First to Mary SARSEN and the to Elizabeth McNEAL. Supposedly these took place in Meigs co. But I have never turned up anything on him there. I am thinking the sketchy family info is wrong. HELP!

JOHNSON posted by on Sunday, July 2, 2000: Looking for a John W. JOHNSON b. 1798 and wife, Roxana b. 1800, with at least 2 children. A. Leander Johnson, b. 1834 in OH and a sister, Roxana, b. 1835 in OH. Not sure how many other siblings. John W. was born in VT and Roxana (?) was born in NY. I believe they were married in OH. Leander lived most of his life in Van Wert Co. OH and Roxana married Harlow Richmond in Crawford Co. OH in 1857, moved to Van Wert Co. and then to Sacramento CA in 1881. Wallace had a brother, Charles L. residing in Youngstown OHIO at the time of his death...did Raymond move there?

Jezierski came to America from Poland by way of liverpool I think in 1882 and his bride to be ( Anna) came in 1888. They were probably married at that time and started to have children in Ohio. No county was given for the children. Anna, Martha and Helen and Christine. Ignac's profession was a shoe store owner in Erie, Pa later in 1897 or so. I believe that was his trade in Ohio. Thank You in Advance for any information you can give me. I found the 1900 census in Pa with this information.

Also looking for grave location of my father Arthur Clark (Ida's brother). I have been searching all my life and only recently found out that Arthur's remains were shipped to Ida in Ohio in 1952. Riley in Union Co., Ohio, on Nov. 16, 1846. They had 10 children. She is buried in Maskill Cemetery, Union Co., Ohio, but I cannot find anyone who takes care of the cemetery to locate her death certificate. I have checked surrounding counties and state records. In 1830 census a David French lives in Warren Co. Ohio near a Samuel French. David and family moved to Shelby Co, Indiana prior to 1840. Does anyone have information on this family.
