Hulda Offnear, an unmarried, eighteen-year-old step-daughter of William Robinson, of 65 North Sugar street, alleges, in a petition to Common Pleas Court, that Charles Ferguson is the proper person to assume the paternity of her unborn child, and petitions that he be required to pay the penalty in such cases made and provided.
