They do NOT house the original documents - those are now in the possession of the Richland County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society. The records were transcribed by Carrol Ann from two financial ledgers in one-line entries, each listing a bill that Richland County had paid. These source records may NOT be photocopied, but may be viewed at the Ohio Genealogical Society library with permission.
