JAIL SENTENCES – Judge MAY this afternoon sentenced the following prisoners who have been convicted of criminalities during the term of Court: Patrick RYAN, stoning cars on Pittsburgh Rd. – 1 year in the Penitentiary. Joseph ECKER, larceny of $56 from Mrs. Con. HOGAN – 3 years in the Penitentiary. Delavan SEVERNS, burglary and larceny – 5 years in the Penitentiary. [The Ohio Liberal, 10 January 1883]
