The following persons have been naturalized:   Daniel Westly, soldier from Holland, William Hartford of Ireland, Jacob Stromberger of Germany, Ernest Beam of Prussia, Adam Shafer of Germany, Rudolph Yennie of Switzerland, Louis Wagner of Germany and John Miller of Germany.  [Mansfield Herald:  31 October 1889, Vol. 39, No. 50]

Arnold Graf, of Switzerland, has filed his application for citizenship.  [MANSFIELD HERALD, 12 September 1889, Vol. 39, No. 43]

Friday.  Mrs. Alice Cornwall Judson, wife of Dr. Judson, is the first woman to make application in Richland County to become a naturalized citizen.  She came from Canada in 1885 and, as she was over 18 years old at the time, she could only make application for naturalization papers, which she did in Probate Court this morning.  It will be two years before she can procure final papers, until which time she is not eligible to vote.  [Richland Shield & Banner:  30 March 1895, Vol. LXXVII, No. 46]

John G. Knopfle, of Germany, received his final naturalization papers Thursday.  [MANSFIELD HERALD:  24 July 1890, Vol. 40, No. 36]

John Them has filed an application for citizenship.  He came here from Austria in 1881.  [MANSFIELD HERALD:  14 August 1890, Vol. 40, No. 39]

Final naturalization papers were issued in probate court today to John Boyd, a native of Canada, who came here in 1890, and to William Heineking, who came here in 1890 from Germany.  [Semi-Weekly News:  22 September 1896, Vol. 12, No. 77]

Peter Kanaugh, who came to this country in 1890 from Austria, and Joseph Monastere, who came to the United States from England in 1891, have received their final naturalization papers and are now American citizens.  [Semi-Weekly News:  02 October 1896, Vol. 12, No. 80]

The following persons were given their final naturalization papers in probate court Wednesday:  Frank Rejent, William Eilenfeld, Fred Eilenfeld, Franz Cieslo.  The four came to this country from Germany in 1891.  Carl Bolewski has made application for naturalization.  [Semi-Weekly News:  23 October 1896, Vol. 12, No. 86]
