John Fisher, aged 55, brother of Joseph Fisher, infirmary director, left Mansfield Saturday night for his home on the Linn farm in Franklin township. Geo. Pifer, a neighbor, was out of his house at midnight and heard a man call from a wood near by. He called back, but no answer was given. Next morning Pifer and William Donnan went to the woods out of curiosity and a search revealed Fisher not far lying on his face. He was not yet dead, but by the time he was removed to Pifer's, life was extinct. The funeral will take place from Franklin church this morning at ten o'clock. The deceased was found only a quarter of a mile from his home.
