DIED -- SARAH, wife of Brackett Dyer, died Oct. 26, 1870, aged 84 years, 10 months and 23 days.  She was born in N.H. in the year 1787, August 3d.  She was formerly a member of the Free-will Baptist Church until about the year 1850 when she united with the Disciple Church and continued in that faith till her death.

** please note that this was not an error -- the obituary was published in 1874 even though she had died in 1870.
