Samuel H. CASHMAN, 83, of 43 Mills Ave, Plymouth, died Wednesday morning at Crestwood Care Center.  Born June 5, 1891 in Richland County, CASHMAN was a charter member of the Richland County Farm Bureau and a Plymouth Twp trustee for 26 years.  A member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Plymouth, he was a retired farmer and had lived his entire life in the Plymouth area. Survivors include two dauthers, Mrs. Ward CLARK of Holtz Rd and Mrs. Kenneth BURRER of Ganges; three sons, Earl and Harold of Plymouth and Samuel C. of Columbus; a sister, Mrs. Warren ARTZ of Tiro; 13 grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.  Funeral services will be at 2 PM Saturday at the McQuate Funeral Home.  The Rev James MCDORMAND, his pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery at Plymouth.
