Shelby - Mrs. Jennie KIRKENDALL, 76, died yesterday afternoon at the family home four miles northeast of Shelby. She was in failing health for more than a year. Surviving are five sons, Clyde, Albert, Russell and Ray KIRKENDALL and John ADAMS, all of the Shelby area; two daughters, Mrs. Sam CASHMAN of near Shelby and Mrs Gus LONDOT of near Ganges; two brothers, Sam STINE of Plymouth and Dan STINE of St Petersburg, Fla. and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2PM Tuesday at the Barkdull funeral home here. Rev. D. B. YOUNG pastor of the Shelby Lutheran Church of which she was a member will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
