Jonas Milligan aged nearly eighty-two years thw last of his family, died suddenly Thursday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter Mrs. Andrew Shafer, three miles north of Ontario, death being due to heart trouble. He had lived all his life in Richland County his last home being near Lucas. Last Sunday he went to visit his daughter at whose home he died. Mr. Milligan is survived by four sons; Howard, Alfred (I think this is Albert), William (I believe is Christian William), and Newton (which is Isaac's middle name and grandma says he was called that); two daughters. Mrs Shafer and Mrs. Stanley McEowen. His wife died five years ago. Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Mr. Williams Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Home of Mrs. Shafer. The burial will be in the Ontario Cemetery.
