MANSFIELD - Anthony J MARTI, 67, of 918 Averill Ave, died Monday morning in Mansfield General Hospital after an extended illness. Mr MARTI was born 23 June 1921 in Mt Vernon and came to Mansfield 42 years ago. He was a wholesale produce salesman for Dinovo Brothers for 25 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of AMVETS Post 16. Mr MARTI served in the US Army in World War II and was active in International Radio Patrol. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy J (ROSS) MARTI, to whom he was married for 40 years; a son, Danny J of Mansfield; a daughter, Antoinette "Toni-Jo" MILLER of Bucyrus; two grandsons; a brother, Louis of Mt Vernon; and a sister, Amelia PANYIK of Tuscon, AZ. Calling hours at the Finefrock Funeral Home are Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Services will be held Thursday at 11 am by the Rev Carl W Cunfer, pastor of St Mark's Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park, with graveside military honors conducted by the Joint Veterans Council.
