In a collision on Monday morning last between the St. Louis express and Minneapolis fast express, on the B., C.R. & N. Railroad, near Norris, Iowa, THOMAS SCOTT, formerly a resident of Mansfield, and a painter by trade, but who at the time was traveling with the Lights o' London show, was fatally injured, dying the same day. The remains arrived here on Tuesday evening and were conveyed to the residence of his wife, on North Main street, from whence the funeral, conducted under the auspices of McLaughlin Post, G.A.R., will take place today at 2 o'clock P.M.
