The following officers were elected at the meeting of the newly organized humane society:
| President - John Landis | Vice-President - H.E. Kingsboro | Secretary - R.L. Castor |
The following persons were selected as a board of directors: Mrs. Clay Morse, Mrs. E.M. Page, Mrs. Tip Marvin, G.K. Sutter, Harrison Brubaker, Dr. Bland, James Sigler, T.J. Green, Thomas Bradley and Francis Brucker.
