SHERIFF’S SALE – Jesse Guinn & Nancy Guinn vs. Rebecca Mullen.
BY virtue of an order in the above cause from the Court of Com. Pleas of Richland county & state of Ohio setting at their November term A.D. 1838 to me directed, I will offer at public sale at the door of the Court House in the town of Mansfield in the county on the 12th. day of February A.D. 1839, between the hours of 10 o'clock A.M. and 4 o'clock P.M. of said day the following real estate to wit, the north west quarter of section No. 9, township No. 21 of range 18, excepting therefrom 16 acres belonging to William Lowry 19 acres belonging to one John Cline with all the appurtnances thereunto belonging. Terms cash in hand.
