The newspaper printed a list of new subscribers to their newspaper in each week's issue, and the column was entitled "Roll of Honor".  Below you will find a list of the persons named each week ... the date shown is the publication date of the newspaper.  

From my reading of the papers, often times the subscribers from out of the immediate area, had at one point lived in Bellville (or nearby) - or had relatives living in the Bellville area.  This may lead to clues as to where people moved - if you find that they are suddenly no longer found in the Bellville (or Richland Co.) area.
