Would you be so kind as to print the following donations in behalf of the Smithville Soldiers Aid Society, and the labor of said society, up to the present time:
Mrs David Smith, 3 qts. dried cherries, 1 pillow slip; Mrs J Griener, 5 qts of dried cherries, 6 bandages; Mrs J Willaman, 1 sheet, ½ pk dried apples, 3 boxus of lint [lint=linen scraped or otherwise made into a soft, downy, or fleecy substance used for dressing wounds], 2 woolen undershirts; Mrs S Yoder, 1 roll cotten; Mrs. W Bricker, 1 sheet, sack feathers, $1; Mrs Plank, pk onions, 1 pr woolen socks, 2 qts dried cherries; Mrs Beidler, 6 qts dried cherries; Henry Sen. 4 linen towels; Mrs D Speicher, 7 towels, 3 qts dried apples;Mrs Funk, 2 sheets, 1 pillow case; Mrs Lough, 2 qts dried cherries, 1 gal dried apples;  Mrs S Eberly, 1 sheet, 7 padds, 1 linen towel; Mrs Lomp, 2 shirts; Mrs Seupers, 6 qts dried cherries; Mrs Strukey, 1 sheet, 1 shirt; Mrs E Shoemaker, 3 qts. of cherries; Mrs A Keiffer, 2 pr woolen socks; Mrs A Frees, 1 pr drawers, 2 shirts, 1 pr pillow cases; Mrs J Palmer, 1 can cherries, 1 gal dried apples; Mrs. B Musser, 5 shirts, 1 sheet, 2 qts dried cherries; Miss Bell Greenamyer, 4 rolls bandages & lint; Miss E A Bowman, 8 pocket hdks, 1 towel; Mrs Gilbert 1 can peaches, 10 cts; Mrs Leidigh, 1 can tomatoes, 1 can peaches; Mrs S Bowman, 1 gal dried apples, 1 shirt, 1 sheet, 3 rolls bandages, 1 sack feathers, 1 sack hops, 6 qts dried cherries, box lint; Mrs Ridenour, 1 pair woolen socks, 25 cts; Mrs Stauffer, 1 parcel cotten; Mrs Hartman, 1 pr socks; Mrs I Peters, 2 yds lawn, 1 package linen, dried fruits; Mrs Smith, 1 qt dried cherries; Mrs Lehman 1 can peaches, Mrs Selby, 1 linen sheet & towel, 1 qt cherries; Mrs Diving, 1 package linen, 1 qt cherries; Mrs Sonedecker, 1 can tomatoes; Mrs Oswalt, 6 qts dried cherries; Miss R Goodyear, 1 linen table cloth; Mrs D Goodyear, 1 qt cherries, Miss S Ihrig, 1 sheet; Mrs Wolf, 3 towels, 1 pkg cotten; Mrs L Elliot, 2 qts dried cherries; Miss M Brenizer, 1 box lint, 1 towel, 6 qts cherries; Mrs C Myers, 1 pk apples, 1 shirt, 2 qts dried cherries; Miss L Brenizer, 1 pkg cotten; Mrs Yoder, 3 sheets; Miss Freidly, 1 sheet; Miss M Brenizer 5 rolls bandages;
C Brenizer 2 comps, 4 pocket hdks, 2 pillow slips; Mrs Krysher, 1 sheet, 1 pr pillow cases, 3 hdks, linen for bandages and lint; Mrs F Clepper, 1 pk onions; Mrs S Keiffer, 4 lbs feathers; Mrs A Frees, 3 rolls bandages; Mrs Myers, 1 shirt.  Then were made during the organization of the society, 18 pr of drawers, 11 new shirts.  The amount of money collected in by membership fees, $15.02; money donated, $3.64; received by church collection, $2.34; total, $21.00.
