Lot No 2 commencing S 51º W 12 feet from the NW corner of No 1 thence S 39º E 154 feet thence S 51º W 44 feet thence N 39º W 154 feet thence N 51º E to the place of beginning. Also Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 described as Lot No 2.
