The north side of 24th Street at the Waller Street intersection, on the hill. Difficult to access.

GPS Coordinates - 38° 75' 23N · 82° 98' 83W

The cemetery is in neglected (poor) condition and difficult to access. It has a brick wall around it with no gate, the wall is down in places. Stones are damaged and fallen.
