The specific location of the cemetery is:

Tackett Cemetery is located on Lick Run-Lyra-Bloom Switch Road about 1 mile off State Route 140 on the Tackett Farm. The cemetery was visited April 1, 2006 by Joyce M. Sadler and Robert T. Slack. Mr. Charles Tackett, owner of the farm, was kind enough to give us permission to visit the cemetery, which is located on private land.

GPS Coordinates - 38° 47' 49N · 82° 46' 09W

The cemetery is in excellent condition and easy to access. It has a chain link fence boundary.
