These Naturalization records are the earliest found in Summit County. The
information was often sketchy, with no back up volume to refer to. Information
includes Name of applicant, application number, page number, Declaration date,
and Final Certificate date. No female names appear. From 1790-1922 the wife
became naturalized upon citizenship conferred to her husband.
