McDonald Cemetery

Milford Center Cemetery
This located on the east side of Milford Center on Plain
City-Middleburg Road. It is an active, public cemetery that dates
to pre 1828. It is in excellent condition and very well
maintained by the Union Township Trustees. This cemetery was
originally a small family burial ground, owned first by George Brown
and then H. Burnham. In the late 1820s a subscription was taken
in the Milford community with the intent to purchase this ground for
public use.
Reed or Woods or Upper Liberty Cemetery
This cemetery is very well preserved for an inactive Pioneer
cemetery. It dates to approximately 1813. It was once
associated with the Upper Liberty Presbyterian Church. The land
was formally deeded to Union Township by George and Josiah Reed and
Samuel Wood on July 18, 1871. It is located on Orchard Road
southeast of Sam Reed Road.
