   Mrs. Susan Fox, a pioneer lady of Hoaglin township died Friday morning. She was the wife of the late Otho Fox who died June 12, last. The deceased lady was 85 years of age and leaves a family of 2 sons and 3 daughters. Funeral Sunday at 1:30 from the home. Burial at Mt Pleasant cemetery. Mrs. Susan Rittner-Fox was born in Fairfield county, Nov 3, 1828 and departed this life February 17,1911 aged 82 years, three months and 13 days. She was the daughter of James and Minnie Rittner and was married to Otho F. Fox, May 21,1848. To this union were born 11 children. The husband and six children preceded her in death. She is survived by the following children: Frank of Fort Wayne; Mrs. E.B. Rinesmith of Van Wert; Mrs. William Martin of Findlay; Mrs. John Lanning of Elliston, Montana and John W. of Hoaglin township. Besides these a number of grandchildren and other relatives are left to mourn their loss.

Maude, the six year old daughter, of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Foulk, of Hoaglin township died Tuesday morning at three o'clock, of pneumonia The funeral will be held at two o'clock Friday afternoon, at the home. Interment at the Mohr Cemetery.

Jacob Fast, a well-known and aged resident of Rockford, died early Tuesday morning at his home in that village. He was about seventy years of age, and is survived by a large family. The funeral is to be held in the United Brethren church at Rockford, Thursday afternoon at one o'clock, and is to be conducted by the Rev. L. T. Lemunyon of this city, assisted by Rev. E. A. Lilly and Rev. Thomas Coates.

Flickinger.
  Godfrey Flickinger, a well-known citizen of this city, died at the home north of the city Saturday morning. He was best remembered by his acquaintances as a former tailor doing business here, and being compelled to give up his trade by poor health. His wife, Elizabeth, daughter, Anna and two sons William and Fred survive him.   The funeral services will be held at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

  Local relatives received word this morning from Toledo of the death of Mrs. William Fostnaught, nee Elizabeth Green formerly of Van Wert and sister of Mrs. Bruce Wilson of Center Street. Funeral at Toledo Monday morning.

Fegley.
  Death came to an aged and respected citizen of Van Wert County and one who had spent many years of his life in this vicinity, when Jas. Fegley passed away, at his home one-half miles northwest of Delphos, Monday morning at 6 o'clock. Mr. Fegley had been in failing health for some time, but was confined to his bed but a few days.   Deceased was born in Delaware County, O., in 1836, and had attained the age of 76 years. Thirty-eight years ago, when the section was in woods, Mr. Fegley came to Van Wert County and located in Washington Township. What was then a wilderness was transformed into fine farm and there Mr. Fegley lived the remaining years of his life. He is survived by his wife, one son, residing near Wren, O., and a daughter, Mrs. Tuttle, living in the vicinity of the home place.   Funeral services will be held over the remains Wednesday morning at 9 30 o'clock, from the family residence and will probably be in charge of Rev. Otis Harter, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Delphos. Mr. Fegley was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Middlepoint. The remains will be conveyed to the Ridge Cemetery and there laid to rest.

An infant son of Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Evans, colored, of North Walnut Street, Tuesday night. The funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 10 o'clock at the home. Burial at Woodland.

  Little Marvin Evans, the 5-year- old son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom G. Evans of Maple Avenue, was making a hard struggle for life at 1 o'clock this morning with the chances desperately against him, suffering from an attack of diabetes. He is a bright little chap and has many friends all over the city   Later: He died at 1:30 this morning.

  The funeral service of Marvin Evans, son of Mr. and Mrs. T. G. Evans, will be held from the St. Mark's Lutheran Church on Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock. This will be held in the place of the regular service. Little Marvin will be missed at both Sunday' school and church services and by his numer- ous friends. "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Friends may view the remains of Marvin Evans Saturday afternoon from 2 to 4.

  Carrie Evans, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Evans of South Washington Street, died at the family home Saturday morning, after an illness extending over a period of several months. An attack of rheumatism, which later developed into heart trouble was the cause of death. She was born in this city 12 years ago, and had resided here all of her short life.
   She was a member of the Presbyterian Church, and also of the Sunday school of that church. The funeral will be held at the home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of Rev. J. A. Gordon, with burial at Woodland. Friends desiring to see the remains, will call Sunday afternoon between the hours of 3 and 5.

Evans
Elizabeth Evans, wife of Alban Evans of Venedocia, died at their home Sunday about noon of pneumonia, with which she had been suffering but a short time. She was about 30 years of age, and will best be remembered by many friends in the county as Miss Elizabeth Pugh. She was most highly esteemed by all who had the good fortune to come in contact with her and leaves a husband and three small sons to mourn her loss. The funeral will occur this afternoon at Venedocia.
