Little Norman Custer has been on the sick list.
Evelyn Williman is home for a two weeks vacation.
G.D. Harrison of Lima spent the week end with his family.
Mrs. Jessie Hines, who has been seriously ill is very much improved.
Rev. Opal Henson was a business caller in Van Wert, Saturday.
E.C. Sesney and wife took supper with the Rev. Opal Henson, Saturday evening.
Mrs. Bea Kirk spent Monday afternoon at the home of Rev. Slater and wife.
Mr. and Mrs. Spieth and family of Van Wert spent sunday with Mrs. Chas. Custer.
Mrs. Gertrude Snyder of Lima spent Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Arthur Owens.
Roy Carmean and wife called Saturday evening at the home of Rev. Slater and wife.
Mrs. Myrl Le Valley and daughter of Lima are spending the week at the L.J. Rutledge home.
Ray Taylor, brother of Mrs. Edgar M. Crawford came Sunday to spend a few days with the family.
Elsie Hollet and Juanita Seger called on Agatha Agler, Mesdames Ketchum and Violet High Wednesdday afternoon.
Agatha Agler, Elsie Hollet, Pauline Sutton, Flossie and Bernice Troutner called on Juanita Seger Wednesday evening.
Mesdames Adams, Elliot, Harrison, Randle and Hoaglin spent Wednesday in Lima visiting Harold Brubaker and family and G.D. Harrison.
Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Elliott and family of Toledo, Ohio spent the week end with J.E. Pennell and Mrs. ruby Adams. Mrs. Elliot and children remained for a two weeks visit.
Miss Eulala Tombaugh, English teacher, Miss Lucille Morrow, Music teacher of the Sycamore schools, william Niebel and Gregg Pennington, former students of Sycamore schools were Sunday guests of Superintendent and Mrs. Edgar M. Crawford.
The Celina Standard says: The unpleasant task of passing sentences upon the six Van Wert "stick-up" bandits was taken care of by Judge H.A. Miller on Wednesday forenoon when the indictments were read to them. These youthful criminals were given a sentence of from 10 to 25 years in the Ohio State Reformatory at Mansfield. No solitary confinement.
