This certifies that John H. Yakey of Clermont Co., Ohio and Laura D. Hovey of Warren Co., Ohio, were joined together by me in the Bonds of Holy Matrimony, at (the) Bride's Home on the 22nd day of April in the year of our Lord 1878, in presence of J.D. Hovey and wife, Florence Hovey.

Hartzell Thompson, dau. Ruth?), Lula Howard (m. Wm. Cook, children: Bennie, Billy and Delores?), and info, on first wife of Jesse H. Howard, mother of Nona and Lula.
