"I notice the cemetery has a marker for Margaret Willson, d. 1856 wife of John Robert Parks in the 51st year of her age. We have been troubled by that since I first found it. As we know Robert Parks was b. 9 22 1779, and marries Margaret Wilson dau of James and Nancy (McClintock) Wilson in 1805. This would lead some to believe she was married on the day she was born. We considered that there may have been another John Robert Parks or a first wife, although at this time have not found any other wives or children but we’re always looking. What I did find is another record for Margaret Wilson, wife to John Robert Parks which shows her birth as Sep 1782 and d. May 8 1856."
